தமிழ்நாட்டில் முழு நேரமாக பணியாற்றுவதற்கு நிரந்தர ஆளுநரை, இந்திய குடியரசுத் தலைவர் உடனே நியமனம் செய்ய வேண்டும்!
2026-ஆம் ஆண்டின் நிலவரப்படி, இந்தியாவில் 28 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் 8 யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள் உள்ளன. இந்த நிர்வாகப் பிரிவுகள் ஒவ்வொன்றும் தனித்துவமான கலாச்சாரம், மொழி மற்றும் நிர்வாக அமைப்பைக் கொண்டுள்ளன.
ஆளுநர்கள் மற்றும் துணை நிலை ஆளுநர்கள் ஐந்தாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை மாண்புமிகு குடியரசுத் தலைவரால் நியமிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.
மாநிலத்தில் முதலமைச்சர் மற்றும் அமைச்சர்களுக்கு பதவிப் பிரமாணம் செய்து வைத்தல், மாநில அரசின் நிர்வாக நடவடிக்கைகளைக் கண்காணித்தல், மசோதாக்களுக்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்தல் மற்றும் சட்டப்படி ஆட்சி நடப்பதை உறுதிச் செய்தல்… இப்படி பல்வேறு முக்கியப் பணிகள் மாண்புமிகு ஆளுநரின் கடமையாகும்.
தமிழ்நாட்டின் தற்போதைய பொறுப்பு ஆளுநராக மாண்புமிகு ராஜேந்திர விஸ்வநாத் அர்லேகர்உள்ளார். இவர் கேரள மாநிலத்தின் ஆளுநராகவும் பதவியில் உள்ளார்.
கடந்த மாதம் தமிழ்நாடு மற்றும் கேரள மாநிலம் உள்பட ஐந்து மாநிலங்களுக்கு சட்டப்பேரவைத் தேர்தல் நடைபெற்றது. மற்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கு முழு நேரமாக பணியாற்றுவதற்கு நிரந்தர ஆளுநர்கள் உள்ளனர்.
ஆனால் தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு மட்டும் கேரளா மாநில ஆளுநராக இருக்கும் ராஜேந்திர விஸ்வநாத் அர்லேகர் பொறுப்பு ஆளுநராக வந்து போய்க் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். ஒரே நேரத்தில் கேரளா மாநிலத்திலும், தமிழ்நாட்டிலும் முதலமைச்சர் மற்றும் அமைச்சர்களுக்கு பதவிப் பிரமாணம் மற்றும் ரகசிய காப்பு பிரமாணங்கள் செய்து வைக்க வேண்டிய அவசியமும், அது சம்பந்தமாக அரசியல் கட்சித் தலைவர்கள் ஆளுநரை அடிக்கடி சந்தித்து ஆலோசிக்க வேண்டிய கட்டாயமும் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒரே நபர் கேரளா மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு ஆகிய இரு மாநிலங்களுக்கும் ஆளுநர் பொறுப்பை நிர்வகித்து வருவதால் சில காலதாமதங்கள் தொடர்ந்து ஏற்பட்டு வருகிறது. மேற்காணும் நிர்வாக சிரமங்களைத் தவிர்ப்பதற்காக தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு முழு நேரமாக பணியாற்றுவதற்கு நிரந்தர ஆளுநர் ஒருவரை பணியமர்த்த வேண்டிய கட்டாயம் தற்போது ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, இதற்கு மாண்புமிகு இந்திய குடியரசுத் தலைவராகி தாங்கள் தான் அதற்கான உரிய ஏற்பாடுகளையும், உத்தரவையும் வழங்க வேண்டும்.

The President of India Must Immediately Appoint a Permanent Governor to Serve Full-Time in Tamil Nadu.As of 2026, India comprises 28 states and 8 Union Territories. Each of these administrative divisions possesses a unique culture, language, and administrative structure.
Governors and Lieutenant Governors are appointed by the Honorable President of India for a tenure of five years. The duties of the Honorable Governor encompass various critical functions, such as administering the oath of office to the Chief Minister and Ministers of the state, overseeing the administrative activities of the state government, granting assent to bills, and ensuring that governance is conducted in accordance with the law.Currently, the Honorable Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar serves as the Acting Governor of Tamil Nadu. He simultaneously holds the office of Governor of the State of Kerala.
Last month, legislative assembly elections were held in five states, including Tamil Nadu and Kerala. While other states have permanent Governors appointed to serve on a full-time basis, Tamil Nadu alone relies on Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar who is primarily the Governor of Kerala to serve as an Acting Governor, necessitating his frequent travel back and forth.A situation has arisen where the Governor is required to administer the oaths of office and secrecy to the Chief Ministers and Ministers of both Kerala and Tamil Nadu simultaneously; furthermore, political party leaders are compelled to frequently meet and consult with the Governor regarding matters pertinent to both states.
As a single individual manages the gubernatorial responsibilities for two distinct states Kerala and Tamil Nadu certain administrative delays have been occurring consistently.
To avert the aforementioned administrative difficulties, it has now become imperative to appoint a permanent Governor to serve full-time in Tamil Nadu. Therefore, as the Honorable President of the Republic of India, it is you who must make the necessary arrangements and issue the appropriate orders in this regard.
